New year, NEW INVENTIONS!
We're kicking off the new year with a day dedicated to creativity, engineering, and BIG ideas!
Campers will put on their inventor hats and dream up their very own unique creations! Using a variety of building materials, simple machines, and maker tools, they'll design and construct an invention that solves a problem, completes a challenge, or is just plain AWESOME!
Along the way, we'll tackle silly invention challenges, experiment with different mechanisms, and learn that some of the best inventions start with a little trial and error.
We'll wrap up our invention adventures with a mini Invention Convention, where campers can show off their creations before taking them home!
Throughout the day, we'll also play games, enjoy free time exploring our awesome Stemily space and sensory tables, and head up to our loft for a movie and a fun snack provided by us!
Camp Details:
Ages: 5 - 12 years
Date: December 30th
Time: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
What to Bring: A packed lunch, snack, and water bottle.
