On your mark, get set, REINDEER!
Santa's reindeer are getting ready for their biggest night of the year, and we're putting our engineering skills to the test to help them prepare!
Campers will explore the wonderful world of mechanical engineering as they design and build their very own moving reindeer automata! Using simple mechanisms, they'll create a reindeer that comes to life with the turn of a crank. We'll also tackle some reindeer-inspired engineering challenges, test our sleigh-building skills, and play a few festive games along the way!
Each camper will get to take home their very own mechanical reindeer!
Throughout the day, we'll also play games, enjoy free time exploring our awesome Stemily space and sensory tables, and head up to our loft for a movie and a fun snack provided by us!
Camp Details:
Ages: 5–9 years
Date: December 22nd
Time: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
What to Bring: A packed lunch, snack, and water bottle.
