Do you want to build a snowman? How about DESIGN one that we can bring to life with a 3D printer?!
Join us at Stemily Studios for a hands-on introduction to the wonderful world of 3D design and printing!
During this workshop, kids will learn the basics of 3D modeling as we walk them step-by-step through designing their very own snowman! Once they've mastered the basics, it's time to get creative! From silly hats and funny faces to unique accessories and decorations, each child will get to customize their snowman to make it completely their own!
We'll explore how 3D printers work, learn some basic design skills, and discover how our digital creations can become real objects!
After the workshop, we'll bring everyone's designs to life using our 3D printers! Finished snowmen will be ready for pickup at Stemily Studios the following week.
Program Details:
Date: Thursday, January 7th
Time: 5:30 PM–7:00 PM
Ages: 8–12 years
Activities: Introduction to 3D modeling, step-by-step snowman design, and creative customization!
Pickup: Finished 3D-printed snowmen will be available for pickup the following week.
No previous 3D design experience needed! Just bring your creativity, and we'll help you turn your ideas into something AWESOME!
